The NTIA's decision to disallow private domain name registrations for .us domains threatens your privacy Return to Home

The At-Home Worker

When I started working on the Internet, I sold over eBay. I always used my home address on PayPal and eBay invoices. Without getting into details, within a year, I sold to a customer who was a complete and total scary freak. My invoice told him right where my house was. I learned a valuable lesson about the importance of privacy. I now use a P.O. Box and my phone number is unlisted. I own 5 domains, all of which I purchased with privacy. One bad experience is enough for me. Just because I work from home doesn't mean I am not entitled to privacy!
